Warm Weather and Rising Water Temperatures have caused congestion at area slalom courses. The water temps at Old Hickory Lake and Percy Priest Lake have have a rise in temperatures during the past week. Unseasonably warm weather caused a rise in water temps. The temps were 58 and rose to 63 degrees as of Sunday, November 8th. The air was warm all week, as high as 78 degrees around Nashville. There were multiple boats in the holding pattern to ski each day last week. Too bad Daylight Savings Time is gone for the year. The skiers, wakeboarders and fishermen have had a great week.! Sore muscles are a good thing in November. Let's hope that we can continue for a few more weeks before the inevitable occurs.
Have a great week. |
